The Portuguese Association APBA brings to Portugal the ESIL Program – Empowering Early Stage Investors. The ESIL Program intends to help local investors and support foreign investors who wish to invest in Portuguese companies. This program was presented during  the Spring Investment Dinner which brought together about 150 people from the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Portugal.
